Craig and team installed aircon across 5 different rooms in my house. The team was amazing, so clean and the way they have made it look is the best I’ve seen, even pipes in the loft neatly tied to new cable trays. They take the time to make it look good, and come up with ideas to improve the visuals of retro fitting aircon. 5* service and would recommend without hesitation. Best in the market.

Just had this company in to fit me two domestic units. I can't praise them high enough. Very professional outfit, talked us through every step, never stopped working and when they had finished you wouldn't know they had been. Highly recommend them.

We got an immediate response to the initial phone call, a very swift visit to assess and price. Constant text updates. Very respectful of our property on installation. A slight issue was swiftly resolved. Price fabulous. Super customer service. We knew they were proud and wanted to do the best job. Highly recommend. Love the fact we had a local Wakefield business to do our work.

I contacted Craig at Ultraone to investigate a problem with a hot water system in a tenanted property. This issue had been looked at by several other local plumbers and dismissed, all of them stating that the system was fully operational and user error was the cause of the problem.

Craig collected the keys the same day as the call and within 30 minutes had diagnosed the fault and sourced the correct replacement part. He identified that the controller module had partially burned out and was only controlling 1 of the 2 heating elements in the tank.

Craig and his team collected the part the same day, and returned first thing the next morning to install, test and commission the system.

The process from start to finish was seamless, professional and the communication throughout was superb. Video footage of the diagnosis process was sent giving me full visibility of the issue. He even handed over the burned out part upon completion as a souvenir.

Extremely professional, efficient and cost effective service. I would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future. Thanks Craig and the team.
