Spread the cost with finance
At UltraOne Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd, we understand some customers prefer to pay with finance, so we’ve partnered with established credit brokers, Ideal4Finance, to enable you to spread the cost with monthly payments.
The following options are available, always subject to the lender’s assessment:
- 0% APR finance over 6 and 12 months
- 11.9% APR finance over 24, 36, 48, 60 and 120 months
A deposit might be payable, and we will agree this before you begin your application.

Boilers
New boiler supply and installation, domestic and commercial. Finance options available.
Heat pumps
Air source heat pump installations. Finance options available, and eligible homes may also qualify for the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, which reduces the amount you need to finance.
Air conditioning
Single and multi-room systems. Finance options available, and qualifying domestic installs may be eligible for 0% VAT until 31 March 2027.

Finance FAQs
I've been to The Climate Showroom. How does finance work?
The Climate Showroom refers you to UltraOne, our installation partner. UltraOne gives you your quote and, with it, the option to use finance through Ideal4Finance.
What happens when I apply?
- You enter some general information about yourself and the amount you want to borrow.
- You will be asked to use open banking. If you would rather skip this, you may be asked to verify your ID and provide further documents.
- The lender may email you for extra documents, such as bank statements, so they can complete their checks.
- You will then be approved, declined, or your application may be reviewed further. Approval at this stage is in principle only.
- After approval you receive an email with a link to agree the loan terms and complete your purchase. This must be done before work can begin.
- You set up your Direct Debit and choose your loan term and payment dates.
Finance is a payment option and is never compulsory. You must complete the application yourself.
If any documents are still outstanding, Ideal4Finance will follow up with you, and we can help chase it too. Identity checks are there to prevent fraud and protect you.

Can I combine finance with 0% VAT or the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?
Often, yes. Eligible domestic air conditioning installs may qualify for 0% VAT, and eligible heat pump installs for the £7,500 grant, which lowers the amount you need to finance. We check eligibility before you commit.
Does applying affect my credit file?
Ideal4Finance will explain how your application is processed and recorded before you proceed.
